Charles Shaughnessy
Today is the birthday of prominent English TV and theater artist Charles George Patrick Shaughnessy. Charles will turn 55 year old today.
Charles is largely known for his English TV and theater performances and his performances on American TV, such as Shane Donovan on soap opera ‘Days of our Lives’ and Maxwell Sheffield on the popular TV shows the Nanny that was telecasted from 1993 to 1999 on the CBS channel.
Charles is married to Susan Fallender.
Charles was born into a family in show business and his father was the chief author in support of the admired PBS shows “Upstairs Downstairs” in addition to it his mother was also an actress. Charles started acting in dramas right from his school days, and completed his graduation from Eton College. He got his break in the television industry with the prominent TV show “The Nanny”.
He also acted in short-term WB shows “Living with Fran” where he acted as Ted Reeves.
His first acting job came when age was 28 years, as Julian Spears in the television show “Jury” broadcasted in 1983, at BBC series in those days.
