Killer Whale Kills Trainer Footage, is the best example of how social media can be exploited to make money from a tragic accident. While the whale trainer Dawn Brancheu was killed by her own beloved trained shale Tilikum leaving her family in sudden grief. There are people trying to make money from this accident. Just look at any social network or google you will find several links to videos and images titled as “killer whale kills trainer footage”.  Now i question all those people how would you like if some one in your family dies in a tragic accident and people show the videos of this incident over and over on telly and broadcast it over Youtube and their websites?

Remember when the unfortunate Luger died in Winter Olympics just few days ago? There was similar fuzz created on interweb on his death and the video showing the guy sliding off in air and smashing into the steel pole was made viral on youtube and blogs. When did our morals went down so low? I mean heck i know that’s’ how news spreads these days  through blogs, youtube videos, and twitter but was it really important to show the video? Spreading the news is one thing and exploiting it to make money is totally different.

To all those losers who just exploited death of a poor soul, good luck with that ten thousand dollars you made!
