F-Factor Diet The Secret of High Fiber Foods

Tanya Zuckerbrot MS, RD is well-known nutritionist and author. She created the famous The F-Factor Diet program which helps you lose weight by increasing the high fiber content in your diet. Tanya has been pretty popular in Hollywood over last few years as her program allows you to lose weight without getting off the mouth melting food you crave for. This diet program was none of those crazy ideas but it simplistically uses the human anatomy and physiology to help you shred those unwanted pounds you’re carrying in your body.
The F-Factor Diet was published as a 200 page book in early 2007 and this Friday she was present at ABC network’s morning talk show The View. She spoke to Elisabeth Hasselbeck about the F-Factor diet and her book.
