Kevin Van Der Perren
Kevin Van Der Perren is a Belgian figure skater born on August 6, 1982 in Ninove, Belgium. In his initial career as a figure skater Kevin has won the Belgian National Championship for six time out of which the five times came consecutively from 2000 to 2004, and another one came in 2007. Kevin Van Der Perren also is European bronze medalist for 2007 & 2009. Van Der Perren was the flag holder for Belgium at 2006Winter Olympics. Kevin got married to British skater Jenna McCorkell and is currently ranked no 7 in the world as of January 2010.
Kevin Van Der Perren, was the first figure skater at the 2002 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, in which van Der Perren to land three jump mixtures consisting of triple Salchow-triple toe loop-triple loop, and won the silver medal. He incorporated this mixture in his free program until the 2003-2004 end seasons.
Kevin Van Der Perren was the flag bearer at the 2006 Winter Olympics for Belgium and at the 2010 Winter Olympics.
