Kahn Academy is accessible on YouTube for students. The videos on YouTube are made in a transformed closet in Salman Kahn’s bedroom. Though, Kahn never appears on screen, his voice can easily be heard in Videos and students hear only his voice during the video.

Salman Kahn found it upsetting that several Asian and European students are far behind the American students in science and Math’s. Kahn began by teaching his young cousin in math and science and when he found that his grades have improved greatly. This was what inspired Salman Kahn with the exclusive idea with which he could help all the students that are weak in Math and Science by presenting his classes on the YouTube video library.

The Kahn Academy basically is a non-profit group with the only mission to help children develop their science and math skills.
